4. Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

5. Returning the Products

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

6. Condition of Returned Products

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

To be eligible for a full refund, returned products should be:

  • In their original packaging
  • Unopened and unused (with seals intact where applicable)
  • In resalable condition

If products are returned opened or used, we may deduct a reasonable amount from your refund to account for the diminished value.

7. Exceptions to Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU and German law (§ 312g (2) BGB), the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if the seal has been broken after delivery.
  • Goods which, by their nature, are inseparable from other items after delivery.

Please note that dietary supplements that have been opened or had their seals broken may not be eligible for return due to health and hygiene reasons.

8. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or not as described, please contact us immediately. In such cases:

  • We will cover the return shipping costs.
  • Please provide photos or descriptions of the defect or damage.
  • Report the issue within 7 days of receiving the product.

Your statutory warranty rights under German law (§§ 437 ff. BGB) remain unaffected.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved:

If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to cancel the order if it has not yet been dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, the standard return process applies.

11. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

12. International Returns

For orders shipped outside Germany:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
  • Any customs duties or import taxes paid are not refundable by us.
  • International returns may take longer to process.
